Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman, an American gymnast, was a member of both the Fierce 5 2012 and Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic Gymnastics teams. In 2012 her year, she received gold in the team competitions as well as the floor exercise. On the balance beam, she received the bronze medal. This made her an the only American gymnast at the Olympics to win the most medals. In the 2016 Olympics she took home gold in the team event which earned her and teammate Gabby Douglas the credit of been among the few Americans to win back-to-back gold medals for the team. Also, she received silvers for individual all-around and floor exercises. Three years had passed when she last participated in gymnastics competitions. She was also a part of the gold-winning American teams at 2 World Championships. Her favourite event is floor workout. She started learning gymnastics when she was just two years old. older. Aly has joined the Uniting Against Lung Cancer group in memory of her grandmother. She is planning to pursue the field of fashion, and hopes to broaden her signature line of leotards and socks later on. Fierce is a novel she is working on is due out at the end of this year.
